DMCA Copyright Policy

InstantFiles ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

Nature of Our Service

InstantFiles operates as an independent, client-side utility tool. We do not host, store, stream, or republish any copyrighted media on our servers. All media files are fetched directly from Instagram's public Content Delivery Network (CDN) and downloaded locally to the user's device. Because we do not store any files, we cannot delete files from our servers.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
